I'm passionate about music education and helping students discover their love of music. My work is centered on environments where challenge and encouragement live side by side, so growth feels both rigorous and deeply human.
My Approach
My approach blends traditional musicianship with exciting, interactive teaching methods. I coach technique with precision, but I also teach students how to think independently, listen critically, and lead with confidence inside an ensemble.
I do not separate artistry from discipline. Students track progress, set meaningful goals, and build habits that make excellence repeatable under pressure.
I lead through motivation, demand high standards with care, and push every student to discover how far focused effort can take them.
Design & Production
Teaching is only half of my craft. I also design the environments performances live in — programming stage lighting, mixing drum corps front ensembles from the field, and building concert experiences where every visual and sonic detail is intentional.
